The delivery time for the item is usually 2 – 7 business days after receiving the payment (within Tamilnadu).Rest depends on the transit time.
If the item is in backorder, you will be notified of approx. Delivery time, the same applies if you have ordered a special design or size.
We request customer to enter a note about best possible courier who can deliver the product to the specified address, if not we choose our default.
If the item is out of courier service range, courier service can ask the customer to pickup from the courier point.
As courier services are third party we dont have any control over them.
courier or Inspecting officials can open the item for inspection during the transit and that is LayaBeds out of coverage.
Customers are expected and requested to get a transit insurance for the secure transit by their own.
Stock and Availability
Your Order is CONFIRMED After we receive the Payment, and we check the product availability status only after receiving YOUR PAYMENT. As we sell the product in multiple channels, There are chances that EVEN AFTER you pay the Product MAY Not be available in stock, if that case we consider the order for manufacturing and deliver.
Packaging is done by our third party vendor.Based on the following type, packaging is done.Customer’s are requested to give a note about the packaging option.Our CX team will respond with the link that you can opt the packaging type and choose the payment for customized packaging.

Due to fabric shrinkage and expanding quality there may be +/- maximum 2 inches in each sides of the finished beds, we expect in a course of time it will reach it’s expected. Due to Photo compression,visual ration,pixel ratio, colour blindness or some other reason’s there may be chance in fabric look may vary.

It is customer responsibility to report the issue immediately and not to use it afterwards,so that the issue is not extended.LayaBeds leave the responsibility when there are continuous stitch broken or continuous cloth tears or high area of pitfal.
If Money Return ?
In case, Laya Beds decides to repay the amount when there is product demage. The amount added in the product price such as VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government. Payment can be done via bank transfer. It is still depends on the resale value of the product, could be determined by LayaBeds CX Team.
